Public Services
If you use the software for a public, non-commercial or free, web based
domain management service then you are required to add the following text
(or equivalent) to your website's homepage on a visible place:
'This service uses the <a href="http://www.powerdns.com">PowerDNS
Nameserver</a> software.'.
You are also required to send us a link to your service, including a short
description, so that we can add it to our directory of Powerdns powered
services.
If the above requirements are a problem for your service then please contact
sales@powerdns.com. We are confident that we can arrange an agreement for
any situation.
License for Usage
If you have not licensed the program you may use it only for non-commercial
use and evaluation purposes. Non-commercial use is defined as use by a
not-for-profit entity.
Terms
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by
destroying the software, the documentation and copies thereof. This license
will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of
this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the
program and of the documentation, or return them to PowerDNS BV.
Other Rights
All other rights not specifically granted in this license are reserved by
PowerDNS BV.
